Terms of Use | Verity Media Partners
Terms of use

The deal, in plain words.

These terms govern this website and the services you buy through it. They are short on purpose. Where a signed engagement letter or the confidentiality agreement says something different, that document wins.

Effective September 19, 2026. Verity Media Partners, Inc., Plano, Texas, USA.

Who we are, and who this is for

Verity Media Partners, Inc. is a Texas S-Corp. Our work is business to business. By using this site or buying a read, you are acting for a company and you have authority to do so. This site is not for anyone under 18.

What you are buying

A written analysis of the materials you send, plus the specific deliverables named on the page you bought from. A Deal Autopsy is one lost deal read in 3 business days. A Bid Read is a near-final proposal returned in 2 business days with rewrites in the document. A Revenue Leak Snapshot is your deck, your website, and 12 months of numbers read in 5 business days. Turnaround clocks start when the materials are received, not when payment clears.

What you are not buying: legal advice, accounting advice, a guarantee that you will win a specific bid, or a promise about future revenue. We tell you what we observe in your documents and what we would change. The decisions stay yours.

What you send us

You confirm you have the right to send us the documents you upload, and that doing so does not break a confidentiality obligation you owe someone else. Public-sector bid documents are often restricted while a procurement is live. If you are not sure, check before you send. Your materials stay yours, and they are covered by the one-page confidentiality agreement you sign inside the intake form.

What you own, and what we keep

When the invoice is paid, the deliverable is yours. Use it inside your company, put the rewrites into your proposals, and share it with your team, your board, and your advisors. What stays ours is the underlying method: the 5 fractures framework, our templates, our scoring models, and anything we built before we met you. Do not resell our deliverables, publish them, or repackage them as your own product.

Payment, refunds, and the guarantee

Card payments run inside the intake form through Stripe. Invoiced work is net 7 unless we agree otherwise in writing. The Snapshot is half up front and half on delivery.

The guarantee on the reads is the one printed on those pages, and it is the whole of it. If a Deal Autopsy does not give you at least one rewrite you would actually use, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery and we refund the $950 within 5 business days. If you do not use at least one rewrite in the bid you submit after a Bid Read, tell us within 30 days of submitting and we refund the $1,500 within 5 business days. Outside those windows, delivered work is not refundable.

If we cannot take your work, or a conflict means we must decline after you pay, you get a full refund. One client per bid, and we tell you before you pay if we are already on yours.

Deadlines run both ways

The Bid Read depends on getting the draft by 5 pm Central, 3 business days before the bid is due. A draft that arrives later gets a yes or no within 2 hours of your note, at the same price, if a slot exists. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major United States holidays.

The site itself

The Revenue Leak Diagnostic and the win-rate calculator are estimating tools. They run on the numbers you type in, and their output is an illustration, not a forecast or an audit. Text, photography, and layout on this site belong to us. Quote us with a link, but do not copy pages wholesale.

Limits of liability

We do our work with care, and we stand behind it with the guarantee above. Beyond that, our total liability for any engagement is capped at what you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, lost business opportunities, or indirect and consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Disputes, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas. Before either of us files anything, we talk: email us and we will get on a call within 5 business days.

Either of us can end an engagement in writing. You pay for work already done, and we refund anything paid for work not yet started. If we change these terms, we change the effective date above, and the version in force when you bought is the one that governs your purchase. Questions: hello@verity-media.co.
